+ Tim Storrier

Tim Storrier spent his early childhood on the family property, "Umagarlee" near Wellington in northern New South Wales. It was this outback upbringing that set the stage for much of his work since 1970.

Storrier combines a meticulous technical finesse with an emotionally charged, often theatrical influence in his work. He strikes a chord with the uncompromising reality of the Australian landscape, its limitless space and boundaries.

With an AM awarded for his services to art in Australia in 1994, Tim Storrier's work is prolific both in Australia and overseas.
